As always, I do my best to make sure that each item from my shop is completely finished and that my work will not unravel. It is possible that a strand may be visible on the inside of that hat where the ends have been woven in and that it may seem like a loose end. However, I have messaged my customer to resolve any possible issues. Customer service is a priority and I strive to make sure that each of my customers are satisfied.

5 out of 5 starsThis scarf caught my eye for many reasons. The instructions are easy and simple. I will be making some of these for a group who make scarves for the homeless so I saw it in scrap colors and it making it even more beautiful. I wrote the designer with a very simple question and heard back from her quickly. I doubt anyone would have a problem making this scarf, but if you do, the designer will be there for you. This will be one of my staples.

Are you a pet free home?
I do have a dog, but he is not allowed in the room where I work. Every effort is made to ensure there are no pet hairs on my products.
What type of yarn do you use?
Most of my items are made with acrylic yarn. Some items are made with a wool/acrylic blend. Please see individual item details for what type of yarn is used.
When will I receive my items?
Unless an item is ready to ship, my processing time is 3-10 business days. That means it can take up to 10 business days before your item ships (depending on how many orders I have). Once your item is shipped you will receive tracking information and you can stay updated on shipping time. Ready to ship items ship in 2-3 business days.
